Curriculum at Bedford Drive

Bedford Drive Primary School is committed to meeting the requirements of the primary National Curriculum. We aim to prepare children fully for life in modern Britain through a broad and balanced curriculum, with a clear progression of subject knowledge and skills, which is underpinned by our school ethos ‘Inspire, Believe, Succeed.’

We have developed an engaging curriculum, which has been tailored to our children in order to develop essential knowledge and lifelong learning skills. Our curriculum is exciting and aims to inspire children to nurture a passion for learning, as well as challenging them. We are ambitious and inclusive, ensuring that every child, regardless of background, prior experience or additional need, can access, enjoy and succeed.

We create a safe and happy environment, with motivating, enjoyable and engaging learning experiences. Beyond the National Curriculum, we also provide a range of experiences, educational visits and visitors to enhance and enrich our pupils’ learning and personal development.
